Lantern is seeking a Senior Lead of Commercial Planning & Compensation within the Commercial Strategy & Operations team. Based in New York with hybrid work in a fast-growing healthcare-focused environment, you will own the end-to-end planning cycle and incentive design for all Commercial roles, reporting to the VP of CSO.
You will develop models, create board-ready materials, and ensure accurate quarterly payouts while partnering with Finance and Field Ops to drive Lantern’s growth and value
