Senior/Lead Backend EngineerJD 3 days a week from the client location: 2300 Yorkmont Road, Charlotte, NC, 28217 is mandatory. We will have an internal evaluation first, followed by 2 client rounds (1st remote and 2nd in person at the client's office). Senior/Lead Backend Engineer is responsible for leading a team of offshore engineers (DEV and QA) and being available during most Onshore EST timings.
Role includes becoming a bridge between the dev team and the onshore business team. Role includes hands-on development (programming) on all backend technologies.
