This position in the Strategic team is responsible to lead Kronos projects and contribute in all phases of implementation, from discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing to go-live support.Requirements:A minimum of 8 years IT experience and 3 years working with Kronos.Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) V8.0 and higher including time and attendance, basic scheduler, accruals, devices and time off requests.Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).Knowledge of UKG Workforce Setup Data Manager (SDM).Prior experience integrating with Oracle HCM or ADP.Strong SQL knowledge.Experience leading projects and working with an offshore team is a plus (team is 3 in US and 5 in India).
