**Job Description: Develop, analyze, and maintain target systems supporting joint lethal and non-lethal operations. Conduct Joint Target Intelligence activities, including target system analysis, target nomination, and target list management. Create, update, validate, and upload Target Materials (TMs) and targeting products into intelligence databases. Produce all-source analytic damage estimates, Battle Damage Assessments (BDA), and support combat assessment activities. Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) following Department of Defense targeting methodologies. Develop target engagement strategies supporting deliberate and dynamic operations. Analyze multiple intelligence sources to identify target vulnerabilities and operational impacts. **

**Education / Licenses Needed: Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Military Science, Political Science, or a related field. Or, Bachelor's degree plus five years of related senior experience, totaling 17 years. Joint Targeting School certification. Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Experience with Collateral Damage Estimation methodology. **
