To support a growing technology team, the contract Senior Java Microservices Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise services using MuleSoft and modern API design practices Build reliable service-to-service integrations and communications within containerized environments Required Qualifications 8+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture Proven experience designing and developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Container Apps (ACA) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
