Role-Senior JAVA Microservices Developer with Reactive Programming
Location-Austin, TX.
Seeking Senior JAVA Microservices Developer with Reactive Programming . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in advanced Java/J2EE Technologies and Reactive Programming.
- Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in building and supporting Web Development. Working in a software product development organization building modern and scalable web applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in advanced Java/J2EE Technologies.
- Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE Technologies with in-depth knowledge on Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot with micro-services, Spring-Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA and Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and integrating microservices using REST APIs and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka)
- In-depth knowledge in Spring Frameworks, Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux.
- Experience in DB SQL/NoSQL (Oracle/MongoDB).
- High level knowledge on CI/CD
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical team.

- Ability to independently learn new technologies.
