Tax Application Support Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Tax Engine integrated with Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance .
- Monitor and troubleshoot tax calculation issues for AP, AR, Procurement, and Expense transactions .
- Support and resolve integration issues between Oracle Fusion and OneSource (via APIs/OIC or middleware) .
- Maintain and validate tax configurations, tax rules, jurisdictions, and tax codes .
- Investigate and resolve tax determination errors and failed transactions in production.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of tax updates and configuration changes .
- Work with Finance, IT, and Tax teams to ensure accurate tax calculation and compliance.
- Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
- Experience with Client OneSource Tax Engine
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance
- Understanding of US Sales & Use Tax processes
- Experience with ERP integrations and tax determination logic
