Key responsibilities Contributing to large-scale projects that evolve Elasticsearch's core infrastructure Identifying automation opportunities to increase developer productivity and integrating applications into workflows Designing and implementing scalable features and APIs while resolving performance and stability issues Required qualifications Strong experience in core Java and familiarity with concurrency and parallelism Proficiency in crafting APIs and understanding trade-offs in design Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and practices Experience leading large-scale projects across engineering teams Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage projects from inception to completion
