Job Description

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Java Developerwith16+ years of enterprise application development experienceand strong hands-on expertise inJava, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cloud Platforms, Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance distributed systems, driving technical excellence, mentoring engineering teams, and contributing to architectural decisions across complex enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance across projects.
• Build event-driven systems using Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Design cloud-native applications leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
• Drive system modernization, performance optimization, and platform scalability initiatives.
• Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices to deliver maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD, observability, security, and reliability engineering practices.
