Senior Java & Liferay DeveloperWe are seeking a Senior Java & Liferay Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-scale portal and web applications using Liferay DXP and Java/J2EE technologies. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, experience working with US-based stakeholders, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable solutions in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Liferay DXP (7.x) and Java/J2EEDevelop and customize Liferay Portlets, Themes, OSGi modules, Services, and REST APIsIntegrate Liferay with backend systems, third-party applications, and external servicesCustomize Liferay CMS, Workflows, Web Content, User Management, and Role-based accessParticipate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-makingPerform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code qualityCollaborate closely with US-based product owners, business analysts, and UX teamsTroubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning and optimizationSupport application deployments, upgrades, and Liferay version migrationsMentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentationRequired Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring (Boot/MVC), Hibernate/JPA5+ years of experience with Liferay DXP / Liferay Portal (6.x / 7.x)
