Seeking a proactive Senior IT Systems Administrator for a full-time remote position, who will manage the deployment and maintenance of AI tools and infrastructure while also handling traditional IT system administration tasks. Key Responsibilities Support the deployment and lifecycle management of AI solutions, including managing integrations and stakeholder communications Administer UserTesting's IT systems and SaaS toolset, ensuring effective onboarding, access management, and lifecycle reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and improve AI tool adoption across the organization Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems as a system administrator Hands-on experience with Okta Workflows, Google Workspace Administration, and MDM platforms Familiarity with MCP server setup, AI agent deployment, and AI feature configuration within enterprise SaaS tools Proficiency in scripting and automation technologies such as Python and/or Bash Ability to work in a Kanban-style environment and mentor IT support staff on ITSM practices
