Senior IT Specialist - Technical SupportData Intelligence, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Senior IT Specialist – Technical Support to support one of our federal law enforcement clients. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting secure web service connections, data integration services, identity and access management (IAM) solutions, and secure file transfer capabilities that support mission-critical information sharing across criminal justice systems.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in identity and access management, cloud technologies, secure web services, XML-based data integration, enterprise system administration, and customer support within a secure federal environment. This position may be performed remotely or onsite in Clarksburg, West Virginia.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, support, and maintain secure web service user connections, data connections, and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connections supporting enterprise data integration operations.Develop, maintain, and utilize ETL products and automated data integration tools that facilitate secure information sharing.Support internal and external customers by provisioning, authenticating, authorizing, and managing user access to applications, systems, and enterprise resources.Administer digital identities and associated user privileges using Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.Manage day-to-day operational support for enterprise data integration services, including: Troubleshooting system connectivity issuesResolving XML schema errorsManaging server-side configurationsSupporting secure application deploymentsDeliver advanced technical support and exceptional customer service to participating Criminal Justice Agencies (CJAs).Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Technical documentationProcess workflowsWhite papersStatus reportsDashboardsProgram reportsTrack project milestones, deliverables, and operational metrics while providing recurring updates and reporting to leadership.Operate within the FBI CJIS Division's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment and actively participate in Agile Release Train (ART) activities.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Required ExperienceImplementing and supporting enterprise web service connections and secure data integration environments.Configuration management and version control using Apache Subversion (SVN).Virtualization technologies, including Virtual Machines (VMs) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).Software development using Java, Python, and C#.Cloud architecture and administration, including FedRAMP-compliant Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.Developing and troubleshooting software tools and utilities using Python and PHP.Configuring and maintaining enterprise systems across Windows, Linux, and Unix.Database administration and development, including PostgreSQL, Linux SQL, SQLite, and Oracle.Configuring and implementing thin-client executable code utilizing SFTP for secure XML file transmission.Installing, configuring, and maintaining security certificates, encryption technologies, WSDL, WADL, Java KeyStore (JKS), and APIs supporting secure application deployment.Developing and supporting web services using XML, JSON, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including user provisioning and deprovisioning, authentication and authorization, identity lifecycle management, and access reporting.Single Sign-On (SSO), Access Management, or Federated Identity Management solutions.Federation technologies, including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Microsoft Active Directory.Encryption technologies and secure communications, including key generation, connection establishment and testing, troubleshooting encrypted connections, secure folder creation, PuTTYgen, Windows Secure Copy (WinSCP), and OpenSSH Keys.Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) data connections.Providing advanced technical support in enterprise production environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal law enforcement or criminal justice information systems.Familiarity with FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) environments.Experience supporting enterprise identity management and secure information sharing initiatives.Experience working within a SAFe Agile environment.Strong customer engagement and technical support experience working directly with external government stakeholders.Security ClearanceActive Top Secret Clearance is required.Candidates must be able to maintain the required security clearance throughout employment.Why Join Data Intelligence, LLC?At Data Intelligence, LLC, we deliver innovative technology solutions that strengthen national security and public safety.
