Designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology platforms, the full-time Senior IT Services Engineer will build secure, scalable solutions across ServiceNow, Atlassian, and AI-first engineering workflows in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, build, configure, and support IT Services platforms and integrations, utilizing AI agents for solution design and implementation planning Write and maintain reliable code and configurations, validating AI-generated outputs for correctness and security Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions Required qualifications 5-7 years of software/platform engineering experience with advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and Atlassian products Practical experience applying AI agents and prompt engineering to engineering workflows Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Python, or similar scripting languages with strong secure coding practices
