Join a growing PMO supporting application implementation and enhancement projects. Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through delivery, across initiatives like ERP (Oracle Fusion), Workday, and Procore. Follow PMI standards, overseeing budgets and building detailed project plans. Operate within a waterfall/iterative hybrid methodology. Contribute to improving internal project standards and processes. Use AI tools thoughtfully to support administrative work.Responsibilities:Manage assigned IT projects from initiation through close, following PMI standards including budget ownership
Build and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and RACI matrices
Manage dependencies and cross-functional coordination
Operate within a waterfall/iterative hybrid methodology (not Agile/Scrum)
Contribute to growing the PMO by recommending standards, reviewing templates, and improving processes
Participate in internal project management community activities, training, and team meetings
Use AI tools thoughtfully to support administrative work, with review before distribution
Required Qualifications:PMP certification (required)
7+ years of IT project management experience — specifically managing software/application implementation or enhancement projects (infrastructure project management experience counts; general/business-side project management does not)
Strong knowledge of work breakdown structures, RACI, dependency management, and building project plans from scratch
Experience with a project portfolio management tool (Clarity experience a plus, not required)
Comfortable operating with minimal guidance once ramped up
A collaborative, people-first communication style — valuing how you treat people as much as delivering on deadlines
