Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Program/Project Manager to lead complex SAP integration projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:
- Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects involving LIMS and MES systems.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Design and implement SAP integration solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GxP standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
- Oversee vendors, system testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership while resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Mentor project teams, promote best practices, and document lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
