🚨 Hiring: Senior IT Program Manager – Apparel / M&A Integration

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives, M&A integrations, and the Marc Jacobs technology integration. This role will manage multiple global programs and eventually oversee the brand technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise IT programs from planning through implementation and stabilization.
Manage M&A integrations, Day 1 readiness, TSA transitions/exits, data conversion, and cutover.
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Lead Steering Committees and provide executive-level reporting.
Support ERP, OMS, POS, WMS, eCommerce, PIM, DAM, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
Work with technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, and Shopify.
Ensure compliance with SOX, SDLC, and PCI requirements.
Support apparel, retail, wholesale, supply chain, finance, and omnichannel initiatives.
Improve PMO processes, governance, and delivery standards.
Requirements
10+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience.
Experience in apparel, fashion, retail, or wholesale preferred.
Strong experience with enterprise/global implementations and M&A integrations.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
PMP certification is a plus.
Must be available to work onsite in NYC 5 days/week and travel as needed.
