Providing expert IT Operations support, the full-time Senior IT Operations Technician will manage complex operational issues, mentor the IT Operations team, and support a growing federal environment in a remote role based in the Pacific Time Zone. Key responsibilities: Provide IT Operations support to a globally distributed organization Investigate and resolve complex operational issues while considering employee experience and business impact Mentor team members and lead root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues Required qualifications: 8-12 years of IT Operations experience or equivalent senior-level technical experience Advanced administration experience with enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High or other regulated government cloud environments Proven experience in leading root-cause analysis and implementing process improvements Strong judgment in balancing employee experience, security, and business impact
