Senior IT Operations Manager

Leading a team across multiple locations, the full-time Senior IT Operations Manager will oversee daily IT operations, manage corporate security, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance employee technology experiences in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead daily IT operations, ensuring support coverage and timely incident response across time zones Own the employee technology lifecycle, partnering with HR for onboarding and offboarding processes Direct corporate security operations, managing employee identities, endpoints, and incident response efforts Required qualifications 8+ years in IT operations or corporate IT, with 3+ years in a management role, preferably in a multi-location setting Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Okta, including identity management and automated user provisioning Experience with device management platforms and endpoint security for macOS and Windows Knowledge of office networking and conference-room AV technology Proven track record in leading incident response and managing security audits such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
