Senior IT Manufacturing DeveloperLocation: Davenport, Iowa Employment Type: Full-Time Security Requirement: This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a driven, experienced IT professional with strong expertise in COBOL, a passion for supporting and optimizing manufacturing IT environments, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is also a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR) and able to thrive in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and support critical Davenport IT environments for Manufacturing operations.Oversee integration of manufacturing applications with other internal and external systems.Lead production support, project deployment, and offshore development teams.Develop deep understanding of Manufacturing business processes and technology needs.Direct team activities to ensure successful, timely, and budget-conscious project delivery.Guide support team operations to meet SLAs and achieve customer satisfaction goals.Develop and manage capital budget request documentation and monthly spend forecasts.Ensure alignment with compliance standards including ITAR, DFARS, SOX, and internal audit controls.Manage risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle.Support B2B Commerce and EDI deployment initiatives.Drive innovation and continuous improvement with measurable business value.Key ObjectivesCollaborate with business leaders to prioritize IT projects based on value and resource availability.Align multiple business stakeholder needs and manage expectations effectively.Establish and maintain third-party supplier relationships to meet staffing and delivery needs.Work closely with the Davenport & Satellites IT Manager to optimize resource allocation.Build strong partnerships across departments: engineering, procurement, finance, plant leads, etc.Inspire teams to generate and implement value-added solutions.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and the project steering team.Address and escalate issues and risks appropriately and in a timely manner.Support internal and external audits, disaster recovery testing, and annual system testing for compliance with SOX and other regulatory standards.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Minimum 5 years of relevant IT development or support experience.COBOL experience is required.Must be a U.S.
