Senior IT Manager (Fully Remote)

• Lead a team of IT professionals in planning, design, development, deployment, and support of customer-facing applications.
• Manage software package evaluations, vendor selection, and implementation projects.
• Ensure reliable operational support and continuous improvement of digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of IT experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience with Agile frameworks and leading ceremonies.
• Knowledge of website and mobile application development, virtual agents, and OMNI Channel customer experience.
