To support a growing healthcare technology environment, the full-time remote Senior IT Financial Analyst will develop financial models, analyze cloud costs, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize technology spend and drive informed decision-making. Key responsibilities Develop financial models linking technology costs to business metrics and analyze cost efficiency across cloud platforms Prepare budget forecasts and variance analyses, supporting annual budgeting cycles and financial reporting Collaborate with technical and finance teams to enhance the FinOps operating model and optimize cloud cost management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field 4 to 7 years of experience in IT financial analysis, cloud cost management, or a related discipline Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL for financial modeling and data analysis Hands-on experience with cloud billing, preferably in Google Cloud, including cost management tools Experience in healthcare IT or technology business management, with knowledge of imaging workflows and infrastructure economics
