This is a hybrid position: some days you will work from home, other days you will be onsite with clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of IT engineering experience.
- 1-2+ years of IT project management experience within an MSP or enterprise environment.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with network design, firewalls, routing, switching, and security best practices.
- Strong security experience.
- Cloud migration experience (Azure, AWS, M365).
- Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
