Key responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and administration of IT regulatory compliance and licensing programs Coordinate and review documentation related to compliance governance and regulatory requirements Conduct audits and spot checks of processes and IT systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field Seven years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with regulatory programs such as Sarbanes Oxley, NERC CIP, Export Control, or HIPAA Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations related to IT compliance Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
