Supporting Epic Ambulatory and specialty applications, the full-time Senior IT Analyst - Epic Certified will design, optimize, and implement electronic workflows for clinicians, ensuring safe and efficient patient care in a primarily remote environment. Key responsibilities Support Epic Ambulatory, Beacon, and/or Phoenix applications and assist clinicians in their use Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions, including data and process flows Design, build, test, validate, and maintain Epic functionality to enhance patient care and user experience Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience 5 years of relevant experience in Epic analyst build and support Epic Ambulatory certification is required Experience with Epic Beacon or Phoenix certification and oncology or infusion workflows is highly valued Proficiency in ServiceNow and experience leading Epic implementations or major initiatives
