To support a growing technology team, the full-time Senior IT Administrator will manage the configuration and optimization of corporate technology infrastructure, serving as a technical escalation point for complex issues while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the Tier 3 technical escalation point for complex support issues across various operating systems Design and implement endpoint deployment strategies using MDM platforms to enhance security and efficiency Oversee the reliability and performance of in-office technology, including conference room systems and networking components Required qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting macOS, Windows, iOS/Android, and ChromeOS Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience Expertise in managing and deploying endpoints using major MDM solutions Hands-on experience with SaaS applications and corporate network infrastructure Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for IT problem-solving
