Senior IT Administrator

Owning the corporate IT infrastructure, the full-time Senior IT Administrator will manage hardware, identity and access management, and SaaS applications while leveraging AI to enhance internal IT support in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage identity, endpoint devices, SaaS administration, and security posture across a distributed workforce Implement AI-driven workflows to automate ticketing and support, ensuring efficient issue resolution Oversee hardware provisioning and manage vendor relationships to optimize service quality and cost efficiency Required qualifications 5+ years of corporate IT experience, including ownership of IT functions in a fast-growing environment Hands-on experience with identity providers (Okta, Google Workspace) and MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune) Experience supporting SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks Proven ability to manage IT operations for a remote or distributed workforce Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
