Senior ISSM — RMF Leader for Classified Networks

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead RMF-based accreditation efforts for multiple classified networks in support of DoD missions.

You will manage a Cybersecurity team, develop SSPs, maintain ATOs, and coordinate with DoD agencies while ensuring compliance with RMF, JSIG, and NIST standards. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and up to 20% travel.
