- Experience developing courses of action employing unconventional or asymmetric approaches
- Experience synchronizing activities across information, cyber, psychological, or civil‑military operations
- Ability to fuse intelligence analysis into operational design and planning
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience with irregular warfare or Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience with irregular warfare
