Experienced mobile engineers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior iOS Mobile Engineer, responsible for designing and developing Thunderbird's iOS application while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and maintain high standards for performance, security, and accessibility. Key responsibilities Build and refine the mobile product architecture and improve scalability and user experience Maintain strong debugging and testing practices while independently resolving complex issues Document technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionally from planning through delivery Required qualifications 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Software Engineer role 3+ years of mobile application development experience with strong knowledge of Swift and iOS frameworks Experience delivering and maintaining complex, scalable, and reliable software Strong knowledge of mobile security practices and experience with communication protocols Advanced proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
