Senior Investment Adviser Associate-Client Service

The Senior Investment Advisor Associate (Client Service) will serve as a client‑facing professional supporting high‑net‑worth clients in the Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative and service contact for high‑net‑worth clients and their professional advisors, including CPAs, attorneys, and business managers.
• Lead or contribute to firm‑wide and departmental projects.
• Open new client accounts and oversee onboarding through completion.
• Provide comprehensive daily client service, including transaction processing, cash management, tax‑related activities, charitable gifting, required minimum distributions, account maintenance, and custom reporting.
• Execute and monitor asset allocation changes as directed by Advisors.
• Coordinate Advisor‑client meetings and prepare portfolio review materials.
• Attend internal and external meetings or events as requested.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and portfolio databases.
• Partner with management to enhance operational processes and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 7 preferred.
• Minimum five years of client service experience supporting high‑net‑worth individuals within an investment management firm, private bank, or broker‑dealer.
• Strong understanding of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
• Proven knowledge of account registration requirements and related documentation.
• Experience working with custodians such as Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity Investments.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and supporting internal stakeholders.

Compensation

The starting base salary ranges from $72,000 to $95,000 plus applicable bonuses and incentives. Salary will be adjusted based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan.
