Company DescriptionInternational service firmJob DescriptionRapid growth has created new opportunitieswithin the Accounting department of a  Leading ConsumerProducts Company located in  Morris County NJ.  Get on board with this globalgiant and enjoy a positive work environment that understands work/life balance,competitive compensation package including annual bonus, excellent benefits andtons of room for growth!  Company was voted in Top 100 Best Employersto work for!RESPONSIBILITIES:- Primary responsibility will be for the cost and inventory valuation within an environment of SAP standard costing as well as cost center accounting.   - Coordination of month end centralized closing activities for all cost centers in the Pharmaceutical business.  Ensures the proper settlement of process orders.  Ensure all cost center assessments are properly completed at month end.   - Analysis, correction, and communication of production and cost center variances.- Assist with quarterly calculation of company wide actual costs and net realizable value.- Assist coordination of the annual planning (budget) process for standard costs for manufacturing sites.  - Review of inventory value flow to ensure accuracy of master data and accounting processes.- Monitor and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.QualificationsBA/BS in Accounting with 5+ years proven experience in related field of which at least 3years of Cost Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred experience within an SAP FI-CO environment.Product costing preferred.Previous Audit experience in Manufacturing industry highly desiredMust be proficient with SAP & Microsoft Office Applications (Excel/Access).Additional Information60-75k SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Accounting/AuditingExperience level: AssociateIndustry: Staffing And Recruiting
