This role can be based out of our Atlanta, GA; Wichita, KS; or Dallas, TX office.Responsibilities:Review foreign income tax returns and review and prepare U.S. informational returns for foreign entities (5471, 8858, 8865) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic and foreign tax lawCalculate and review quarterly foreign inclusions (subpart F/GILTI) based on updated business forecastsTrack tax positions and their potential impacts on the company's effective tax rateDevelop and train tax interns and/or tax analystsSupport company positions in tax audits and participate in tax planning projectsManage prioritization of multiple projects and communicate results to your supervisor and teamIdentify opportunities for innovation and share ideas for transformation that will drive value in the tax organizationQualifications:Progressive career experience in corporate taxation, tax accounting, financial reporting, or accounting related rolesProficient understanding and application of US/International tax policies and regulationsExperience prioritizing multiple projects, communicating results and driving initiatives forwardBachelor's degree or higherPrevious CPA firm or multi-national corporation experienceOneSource Income Tax experienceKnowledge of a broad range of international corporate tax matters such as foreign tax credits, dual consolidated losses, Subpart F, look-thru, GILTI, BEAT and understanding of US international tax attributesKoch creates and innovates a wide spectrum of products and services that make life better.
