Senior International Benefits Manager

Managing EMEA benefits operations, the full-time Senior International Benefits Manager will oversee the full benefits lifecycle, partner with cross-functional teams for country launches, and build relationships with local brokers and carriers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, including procurement, renewals, plan design, and employee support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets, ensuring strong benefits components from day one Build and manage relationships with local brokers and carriers, negotiating terms and evaluating plan options for optimal value Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in international benefits with deep knowledge of EMEA markets Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, and broker/vendor management in a multi-country environment Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments related to employee benefits Experience managing broker and carrier relationships, including contract negotiations Program or project management experience with the ability to build processes and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
