You will find we offer more than the basics to create an inclusive and dynamic work environment at our various locations.Purpose:Provides independent audit assurance through delivery of assigned audit reviews as to the adequacy, effectiveness and sustainability of the risk, control and governance frameworks.Accountabilities:Assists in the development of appropriate audit and SOX work programs and execution of those work programsProduces high quality working papers and audit files to support the findings of assigned SOX and operational auditsApplies audit methodology and standards to all auditsParticipates in US and international reviews as requiredProduces timely high quality audit issues, findings and reportsWorks with management within Business Unit being audited in regards to the planning and delivery of the specific assignmentsAssists in the delivery of audit findings to all levels of managementAssist in the preparation of scoping and risk assessment for the annual SOX/MAR programs and certificationsParticipate in direct assist audit work for external auditorsQualifications and Experience:5+ years of professional experience, with audit experience preferred but not requiredExperience with ServiceNow GRC and/or Archer preferredCPA, CIA, and/or CISA designations preferredEffective communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated to learn and take on challengesBachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience requiredAthene is a Military Friendly Employer!
