To support auditor development and maintain quality oversight for high-priority accounts, the full-time Senior Premium Insurance Audit Reviewer will execute complex audit reviews, mentor new reviewers, and identify trends for performance improvement in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Perform audit reviews across all audit types, focusing on oldest audits in the queue and providing coverage for reviewers Conduct secondary reviews for paid review accounts and higher-level audit reviews requiring advanced quality assurance expertise Collaborate with leadership on quality monitoring strategies, data analysis, and support onboarding of new reviewers through mentorship Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in reviewing audits or a combination of reviewing and premium auditing WCIRB CompEssentials certification preferred Experience with Nexus or other audit management platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
