Role Summary

MAP Medical is seeking a mid-to-senior level Senior Inside Sales Manager to convert existing prospects and customers into consistent, high-value accounts. The successful candidate will leverage their experience and skills to develop strategies and tactics to evangelize these existing prospects and customers into the MAP Medical customer experience to increase product order volumes and order frequency. MAP Medical grows and maintains a customer and prospect list of hundreds of healthcare facilities located across the US that the candidate will utilize in order to achieve their goals. This role will be report directly to the Managing Partners of MAP Medical.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential high-value accounts from MAP Medical's existing customer database and e-commerce registrations

• Develop GTM business plans and sales strategies. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to convert dormant customers and registered prospects into active, high value accounts

• Execute outreach strategies (e.g. e-mail, cold-call) and tactics to reach and engage decision-makers

• Pitch MAP Medical's value proposition to prospects and customers

• Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach through to establishing larger and/or more frequent orders

• Build and maintain enterprise-level relationships with healthcare facility contacts and decision-makers

• Willingness to travel to customer sites where needed


Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience and a demonstrable track record of success in growing and converting nascent or dormant accounts into revenue-producing or high-value accounts

• Experience and demonstrable success developing, planning, executing inside sales outreach strategies e.g. cold-calling scripts and email templates

• Experience and success in achieving sales goals 

• Proficiency with ERPs and other enterprise software applications

• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask

• Strong time-management skills

• Team player who is pro-active and owns accountability


Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of healthcare facility customers, market dynamics and requirements

• Demonstrates leadership qualities or has leadership experience


Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-based role with a strong draw to give the ideal candidate adequate time and support to learn MAP Medical’s business and establish a strong pipeline of prospect and dormant customer conversions.

The draw will vary with experience and will be $75,000 - $100,000. All-in earning potential for a strong performer is $300k+
