Our direct client is looking for a seasoned IT leader to drive global technology initiatives and lead diverse technical teams supporting a global railroad and transportation business.
What You'll Do
- Lead teams across application development, data science, cloud architecture, and IT support.
- Oversee 24/7 global support operations with demanding SLAs.
- Drive enterprise application projects, budgets, timelines, and delivery.
- Partner with senior executives, global customers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure alignment with commercial contracts, cybersecurity requirements, and customer service commitments.
- Mentor teams and drive operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of technology management experience.
- Experience leading application development in a global enterprise.
- Strong business acumen and customer-facing leadership skills.
- Experience managing diverse technical teams and mission-critical operations.
- Understanding of enterprise software, commercial contracts, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
Railroad, transportation, or other asset-intensive industry experience is a plus. xzgxqkn
