Senior Information Security Administrator

To enhance the security posture of the organization, the full-time remote Senior Information Security Administrator will administer and monitor information security systems, manage security tools, and support incident response activities across various environments. Key responsibilities: Protect electronic information and infrastructure from threats while ensuring compliance with security regulations Manage and configure security tools such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems, and analyze logs for potential security incidents Conduct regular security assessments and collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into operations Required qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, network security, or systems administration with hands-on experience in managing security technologies Strong understanding of network security protocols and experience with enterprise-class firewalls and IDS Foundational certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience are preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a similar discipline, or equivalent years of service Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt quickly to change in a deadline-driven environment
