Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industrial engineering, supply chain operations, or a related technical field
5–10 years of relevant experience in an industrial engineering, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or similarly complex operational environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with complex formulas
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing conditions
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and levels of the organization
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Experience working with external vendors
Experience extracting, analyzing, and summarizing large data sets to communicate findings clearly
Experience implementing and supporting warehouse management systems, automation systems, or material handling equipment.
