You will own capacity, takt modeling, line balancing, layout, and material flow design across core assembly and power module activities, partnering daily with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering on the shop floor.
You will lead value stream mapping, kaizen events, and 5S, and build analytics and ERP-based visibility to drive informed decisions.
