Senior Industrial Engineer | Distribution & Supply Chain Projects
We're partnering with an industry-leading organization to identify a Senior Industrial Engineer who thrives in fast-paced distribution environments and enjoys leading high-impact operational improvement projects.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale initiatives that improve throughput, optimize warehouse operations, and drive measurable results across a complex distribution network.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead industrial engineering projects focused on improving distribution center performance, capacity, and efficiency.
- Manage capital improvement and process optimization projects from concept through implementation.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage outside vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Analyze workflows, material flow, labor utilization, and warehouse layouts to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics while driving execution.
- Support equipment installations, facility modifications, and continuous improvement efforts with minimal disruption to operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain environment .
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong background managing third-party vendors, contractors, and equipment installations.
- Experience with warehouse optimization, facility layouts, labor planning, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.

- Warehouse automation or material handling systems
- Conveyor systems, ASRS, sortation, or robotics
- WMS implementation or optimization
- Capital project management
- Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
