CHAOS Industries is seeking its first Employment lawyer to own the company's employment law function and oversee the litigation portfolio. You will be the internal expert on hiring, terminations, leave policies and investigations, while coordinating with outside counsel across all matters.
This high-autonomy role reports to the General Counsel and partners closely with the People team. You will draft policies, manage worldwide employment agreements, and guide leadership on compliance.
