Senior In-House Counsel — Tech & Global Compliance

Codal, Chicago-based with a hybrid work model, seeks a General Counsel to lead the legal function for a fast-paced, international tech services business. You’ll manage commercial contracts, data privacy, employment law, governance, and risk, partnering with leadership to enable growth.

You will build a lean team, work with outside counsel across multiple regions, and shape templates, playbooks, and self-service resources for efficient deal flow.
