Owning the complete technical relationship for Enterprise and Strategic merchants, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will manage integrations from technical win through go-live, ensuring timely delivery and a positive merchant experience while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Validate technical designs and data requirements, ensuring alignment between proposed and built solutions Lead the merchant's technical team through design, development, and testing phases, maintaining clear communication on project status Contribute to improving the implementation methodology and onboarding experience, sharing knowledge and supporting team members Required qualifications 8+ years of complex technical implementation and/or solutions delivery experience, particularly with Top 1000 Retailers Clear understanding of API terminology and tools, with project management experience or certification Proficiency in tools such as Looker, Salesforce, and SQL, with excellent written communication skills Resourceful and highly organized, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments Experience in payments, fintech, or fraud is a bonus
