Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite per week)
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead customer deployments from kickoff through production launch. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role focused on implementing integrations, configuring solutions, solving technical challenges, and ensuring customer success.
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementations end-to-end, including discovery, data integrations, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain production-grade integrations and custom solutions.
- Partner directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in customer environments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve implementation processes and customer outcomes.
- Participate in customer and prospect discussions to demonstrate implementation capabilities and successful deployment examples.
Qualifications
- Strong data mapping and integration experience.
- Ability to independently build, deploy, and support production solutions.
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Background as an Implementation Consultant, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience integrating with HR, payroll, benefits, or HRIS platforms.
- Startup experience and a track record of owning customer outcomes.
