Senior Implementation Associate

Supporting the successful onboarding and rollout of strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Implementation Associate will manage multiple concurrent implementations, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Support the end-to-end implementation process for new strategic partnerships, ensuring smooth and timely launches Maintain detailed project plans, track implementation metrics, and prepare status updates for internal and partner-facing meetings Coordinate communication with partners and stakeholders, capturing feedback and ensuring alignment throughout the implementation process Required qualifications 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare implementation, customer success, operations, or project management Experience in healthcare or health tech environments, with exposure to provider, payer, or pharmaceutical models Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
