Leading strategic implementations and client training, the full-time Senior Implementation Analyst will support the Bank Solutions eCommerce and Business Banking implementation team by managing software configurations and providing project oversight in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead high-priority implementations and provide training and consulting on Configure Digital software Engage directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring successful implementation and support Manage multiple projects, including configuration setup, validation testing, and post-go-live support Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer-facing projects or client support roles Experience in the Financial Services Industry Proficient in core computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic Windows functions Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines Basic understanding of networking and data communication
