The successful candidate will provide strategic legal counsel, oversee complex immigration matters, and mentor junior attorneys.

Duties

• Develop sophisticated legal strategies for favorable outcomes in immigration cases.
• Represent clients in various immigration matters, including removal defense and asylum.
• Conduct advanced legal consultations and represent clients before government agencies.
• Oversee complex legal matters and review legal documents prepared by staff.
• Mentor associate attorneys and provide coaching on litigation strategy.
• Support the expansion of the firm's California operations through community outreach.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar License in good standing.
• Minimum five years of immigration law experience.
• Strong litigation, legal writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience representing clients before USCIS and EOIR.
