Duties
- Develop sophisticated legal strategies for favorable outcomes in immigration cases.
- Represent clients in various immigration matters, including removal defense and asylum.
- Conduct advanced legal consultations and represent clients before government agencies.
- Oversee complex legal matters and review legal documents prepared by staff.
- Mentor associate attorneys and provide coaching on litigation strategy.
- Support the expansion of the firm's California operations through community outreach.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar License in good standing.
- Minimum five years of immigration law experience.
- Strong litigation, legal writing, and advocacy skills.
- Experience representing clients before USCIS and EOIR.
