Senior Identity Verification Specialist

To minimize potential fraud and organizational risk, the full-time Senior Identity Verification Specialist will validate and confirm Identity Verification alerts, analyze results to identify patterns, and communicate effectively with internal business partners while working onsite in Brooklyn, OH. Key responsibilities Review and analyze complex Identity Verification alerts related to fraud and AML risk Utilize multiple sources to conduct investigations and document findings Identify trends in suspicious activity and make recommendations to mitigate associated risks Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years in back-office banking operations with an understanding of risk, fraud, and/or AML processes Strong analytical and research skills Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
